Role: Junior Affiliate Executive

The Lounge family is growing! We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Executive to join our rapidly growing department and business. 

Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Junior Affiliate Executive, you will help our Digital Marketing team in driving growth through our Affiliate channel which encompasses a variety of affiliate types; from students through to content publishers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is data-driven, creative and collaborative; someone who wants to learn the principles of Affiliate Marketing and is keen on developing a career in this area! What you will do at Lounge:

• Liaise with our roster of 70+ Partners, nurturing the relationships and identifying new ways to strengthen relationships and deliver mutual growth.

• Keep partners informed and motivated, providing regular updates on both business and campaign initiatives and encouraging brand promotion.

• Manage Unidays organic posts and scheduling; reporting on what students resonate well with and how we can keep this community engaged.

• Brief creative teams on campaign assets and deliverables.

• Support with press releases, line sheets, and asset coordination.

• Manage product feeds for our CSS partners.

• Assist with performance reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

• Support the Affiliate Manager with day-to-day admin and operational tasks.

• Process press orders and sampling requests in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other marketing channels to execute cross-channel campaigns effectively.

• Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to continuously improve performance.

• Have an overall understanding of Affiliate Marketing.

• Enjoy varied day to day tasks; balancing data & reporting with creative & copywriting.

• Have an eye for detail and are a great multitasker.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Are an effective problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
