About the role

Lounge is excited to be opening a concession inside KaDeWe, Berlin and we are looking for a Concession Sales Assistant who is passionate about customer service and wants to help bring Lounge to one of Berlin's most iconic retail destinations. You will work closely with the Concession Manager to make sure the concession is always customer ready and brand aligned.

Customer experience is paramount to us as a brand and we are looking for Sales Assistants who have a true passion for exceptional customer experience and a love of Lounge. This role is vital in helping maintain the close community we have created online, in a real life environment. As part of our concession team, you will be responsible for supporting and welcoming customers at our Lounge space within KaDeWe, ensuring you are an expert in Lounge products and can provide an experience unlike any other to our community. You will also support bra fittings to the highest standard and help ensure the concession looks and feels like Lounge’s home, even within a department store setting. Our community will always be the most important thing to us and we want to make sure they are always given the best experience possible.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Concession Manager and wider retail team to look after each customer and support them through the full customer journey

• Support customers through the fitting process, becoming confident in Lounge products and delivering accurate, helpful guidance

• Be a champion for Lounge’s brand values and represent Lounge confidently within KaDeWe

• Maintain exceptional standards across the concession, keeping the space clean, welcoming, organised and always customer ready

• Support stock processes in line with concession routines, including deliveries, replenishment, stockroom organisation and keeping stock accurate

• Accurately handle transactions and returns, following Lounge and KaDeWe processes

• Share customer feedback and product insights with the team so we can keep improving the experience

What we are looking for

• Have a true love for lingerie and fashion

• Are a Lounge lover and share our company values

• Have some experience in customer facing roles

• Are an effective problem solver

• Are an exceptional communicator and enjoy working as part of a team

Eligibility and availability

• You must be legally authorised to work in Germany

• You must be able to travel to KaDeWe, Berlin

• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays
