Concession Stockroom Associate (KaDeWe, Berlin)
This contract is for 15hrs per week
About the role
Lounge has recently opened our first concession inside KaDeWe, Berlin and we are looking for a Stockroom Associate who will have a dedicated focus on the smooth and efficient running of our stockroom.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of retail and wants to take ownership of an important part of the store's day-to-day running. As our delivery volumes continue to grow, the Stockroom Associate will play an important part in ensuring new stock is received, processed and organised efficiently, while supporting the sales team with regular replenishment so they can spend more time focused on our customers and the shop floor.
What you will do
Taking ownership of the day-to-day running and organisation of the stockroom.
Receiving, unpacking and processing deliveries quickly and accurately.
Making sure newness gets processed and ready for the shop floor as quickly as possible.
Keeping stock organised, easy to find and stored in a way that makes sense for the team.
Keeping on top of replenishment throughout the day so we’re never missing an opportunity on the shop floor.
Working closely with the sales team and responding quickly when they need stock or additional sizes.
Keeping an eye on what’s selling and proactively replenishing products before the team needs to ask.
Supporting stock movements, transfers, stock counts and inventory checks.
Flagging any stock discrepancies, damages or delivery issues quickly.
Keeping the stockroom clean, safe and to a really high standard.
Supporting the wider team during launches, big deliveries and busy trading periods.
Looking for little ways we can make our stockroom processes quicker, easier and more efficient.
What we are looking for
Ideally has previous experience working in a stockroom, warehouse or retail stock environment.
Is highly organised and enjoys creating and maintaining efficient systems.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Can work independently and take ownership of stockroom tasks.
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Is reliable, punctual and able to prioritise effectively.
Enjoys being part of a team and supporting colleagues.
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Eligibility and availability
You must be legally authorised to work in Germany
You must be able to travel to KaDeWe, Berlin
Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays
